Raw material is available anywhere. What a foundry adds is discipline: heat, pressure, and a pattern proven over many pours. What comes out is solid, dimensioned, and ready to bear load.

 

That's the business we're in. We work from patterns rather than starting every engagement from scratch, so you get the benefit of every pour before yours. We take scrap seriously, because a stalled project is raw material with real value still in it. We hand the part over, because it runs in your plant, under your control, with your people. And we inspect before we ship, because nobody should take it on faith that it came out right.

 

Heat is the point, not the risk. Nothing reshapes at room temperature.
